Launch playbook.

One rule sits above the form: the wash goes live and gets played before $CATWASH exists. Empty charts killed the last five projects. This one waits.

   Deploy from Remix, 0.8.24, optimizer 200, Cancun. Constructor takes the ops wallet (upkeep puller only). No owner, no pause, no arbitrary withdraw. Hardcode the Pons escrow at 0xd3AF…Ac9e. Verify on Blockscout.

   Waterworks.sol

   Epoch + rinse payout. Reads Cistern. v1 winner attestation is ops-signed — say so in the UI. Do not pretend on-chain scores are trustless until they are.

   Site first

   Game playable at https://catwash.xyz/ with X @catwashXYZ. Token field empty. People rinse cats. That is the whole week.
4. 04

   Check canLaunch

   Public launching on Pons v2 is closed. Read canLaunch(address) on the factory 0x7eD5…EC7e before filling the form.

   Pons v2 form

   Target creator tax is 400 bps. Read maxCreatorTaxBps() on the factory first — if the cap is lower, sit at the cap and keep the same 50 / 35 / 15 split of whatever lands.

   Snipe window

   Buys in the first seconds pay up to 99% decaying to zero. Launcher and fee recipient are auto-exempt. Leave extra wallets empty unless the team is opening in that second.

   Bind the CA

   Set TOKEN_CA on the site. Call Cistern.setTokenCA once. Harvest a test sweep. If nothing arrives, you pointed at the wrong escrow — ClipStock already paid for that lesson.
